Nonoh : réduit les coûts via la VoIP

Encore un façon de mettre en oeuvre la VoIP pour réduire les coûts des appels.
Sans téléphone ou adaptateur VoIP, sans softphone, mais via une interface WEB, Nonoh  permet d’établir des appels.
